Revive had no brand guidelines and several separate brands. I built the design system, wrote the first brand guide, brought every brand into it and carried it into a new Boston office.
No guidelines, no visual rules and several brands under one roof. First I had to define what Revive looked like.
One idea drives the system: moving people from fragmented care to centralized care. Five graphic elements tell that story, stage by stage.
I wrote Revive's first brand guide with product and took it to the senior leadership team for approval.
I led Revive One: 4 brands, 4 websites and 100+ assets in one system. I directed a designer on the assets and designed the sites for an agency to build.
I tested the system in Claude Design, then rolled it out company-wide. Now 40+ people make on-brand work without waiting on design.
Then I took the system off the screen and led design for Revive's new Boston office.

I'm a creative director who builds brands, teams and design systems. I've led everything from Vapen's in-house team to Revive's design system, built from scratch.
Different audiences, different constraints, same approach: start with the strategy, then set a direction the whole team can run with. I set the vision early, get leadership and partners behind it, then trust my team with the room to do their best work. I lead with AI built into the workflow, so the team moves faster and the brand stays consistent at scale.
